For me, it’s important that a man is loyal, emotionally mature, and able to openly express his thoughts and feelings. I’m attracted to men who take initiative, have long-term goals, work on their growth, take care of their health, and have their own interests. I value calm, stress-resistant, and wise people who respect personal space. It is also important to me that a man has no bad habits, is not fanatically religious, and builds his life honestly. His self-realization, ambition, and inner strength matter a lot to me.
I am fast, straightforward, and strong in character. I’ve worked in responsible positions in international companies, so I’m used to taking responsibility, making decisions, and staying in control. In stressful situations, I don’t get lost — I become more focused and effective. I’m communicative, enjoy being in the center of events, and easily connect with people. At the same time, I value order, cleanliness, and clarity. I can be demanding, but I am always honest and open.
Respect, comfort, and mutual support.
I come from a big family — I am the third of five children. Later, my older sister started having children when I was 10, so I have a lot of experience with kids. I get along well with them, and they are naturally drawn to me.
A conscious choice to be together, to respect each other, support each other in difficult times, and build a life together. It is also a deep emotional connection, attraction, and inner satisfaction with your partner.
Faithfulness for me is the highest form of personal maturity.
To build a financial cushion and change my job.
Free time, at least 8–9 hours of sleep, work that brings satisfaction, conversations with my sister and friends, a supportive female circle, good food, traveling 2–3 times a year, good health, support, coffee, and time alone — especially in the mountains and in silence. And of course, financial stability.
Honesty, intelligence and wisdom, willpower, and courage.
I’m a communicative person and easily connect with others. Because of frequent moves and work trips, I have a wide circle of acquaintances, but I take true friendship very seriously. For me, it’s something deep and almost intimate — where you can be sincere, support each other, and celebrate successes together. I am selective about who I let into my close circle. I value wisdom, strength of character, ambition, and people I can learn from.
The ability to be yourself in any situation without fear of judgment or rejection. And it’s equally important that my partner can be open, real, and honest with me.
I enjoy hiking (especially in the mountains), nature, and working with plants and soil. I do bead embroidery — it helps me relax after a stressful day. I love reading different genres, but mostly something meaningful: psychology, business, self-development. I also enjoy fantasy to shift my mood. I love learning — every few months I take courses to improve my skills or expand my knowledge. I wake up around 6:30–7:00, take my dog for a walk, grab coffee from a café, come back home, and go through my morning routine. At 8:00 I start working (currently from home) until 17:00–18:00, with breaks for meals and short walks with my dog. After that, I go for a longer walk and do my workout. From 19:00 to 21:00 I either cook or spend time for myself, unless I have meetings or plans.
I do a short outdoor workout every day for about 15–20 minutes.
